Ukraine – continuation of the war with increase in drone attacks destroying civilian communities as well as ‘military’ targets. Request of Borys Bodnar, Rotary Club of Ukraine Unity in Lviv – 200 WSBs, 100 Family filters and 20 Community filters delivered in September.
Honduras – floods – 200 WSBs delivered to Honduras Red Cross – 80 for immediate distribution and 120 to be held as stock ready for the next emergency.
Jamaica – tropical storm/hurricane – 200 WSBs offered to IMC – awaiting collection by AIRLINK – twice postponed – not scheduled for 14 December.
Yemen – conflict and displaced families - 200 WSBs awaiting collection – to share shipping container with Aquabox consignment – delay related to in-country aid agency
Madagascar – floods – 200 WSBs awaiting collection by MEDAIR (https://www.medair.org/) for distribution by IMC
Indonesia/Thailand/Malaysia/Sri Lanka – floods – offer of aid made to Humanity First – awaiting response.
Ukraine – 15th consignment – 540 Family Filters (paid for by Rotary in the USA – coordinated by the RC of Little Rock, Arkansas) and pallets of toothbrushes, toothpaste, and soap (following the request by Borys Bodnar and in response to a question from one of the WSB-CH members after his presentation to the Swiss AGM on 29 October). The consignment was due to leave Hereford in mid-December, traveling overland to reach Lviv before Christmas

Honduras - 25th of September 2025. On the 21st of September the 200 Water Survival Boxes of aid arrived in Honduras after being transported by SEKO Logistics by way of Miami. The boxes will now be distributed to those families effected by Hurricane Erick. Thank you for your support, without it, this would not have been possible.  |
